CAIRO: For the first time, two wives joined hands to sue their common husband, demanding divorce after they failed to “discipline him, Al Akhbar daily newspaper reported. The two wives from Alexandria began legal proceedings against their spouse, a fish dealer, at the family court, which reported that the first wife failed to prove the damage that had befallen her as her husband transferred all his property in her name to avoid taxes. His second wife, also the mother of his four children, said that although he took good care of his children, she had to sue him so as to stop him from marrying a third wife. Both cases were turned down because damages could not been proven.
