CAIRO: Tottenham Hotspur is open to talks for Egypt striker Mido due to his tensed relationship with Dutch manager Martin Jol, The Mirror reported.

Jol will listen to offers for Egyptian Mido after falling out with the striker, the British newspaper said on Wednesday.

Mido has been involved in a number of rows with his manager in recent weeks, including not turning up for training on several occasions, added the report.

According to the paper, the North London side included Mido in an offer to sign Charlton striker Darren Bent but their bid was turned down.

They also offered the 23-year-old forward to West Ham but got a similar response, the paper said.

Mido scored only once this season after leaving Roma to rejoin Tottenham on a permanent basis.

He has been struggling to make the starting line-up with Jol always picking up Jermain Defoe, Dimitar Berbatov and Robbie Keane ahead of him.
