CAIRO: Starting 9:30 am next Friday, celebrities, ambassadors, journalists and professional and amateur runners will race in Gezeira Sporting Club to support the Breast Cancer Foundation of Egypt (BCFE) and the awareness of breast cancer.
People of all ages, including children are encouraged to participate.
Held for the second time, the annual Run for Cure aims to raise awareness of the importance of positive breast health education and to fund breast health and breast cancer education, screening and breast cancer services.
