CAIRO: Jordan s Al-Faisali pulled off a shock 2-1 away win over Egyptian giants Zamalek in Cairo on Tuesday to book a place in next month s Arab Champions League final. The Jordanian side scored a surprise early goal from Khaled Al-Maitah and were two up midway through the first half to the bemusement of their hosts, runaway favorites after forcing a goalless draw in Amman in the first leg earlier this month. Haider Amir netted a corner to double Al-Faisali s score. Zamalek took until the 80th minute to find the visitors net but Egypt international Amr Zaki s goal proved only a consolation. Al Faisali will meet either Algeria s Entente Setif or Al Ahli Jeddah of Saudi Arabia in the final. The second semi-final will be played in Setif on Wednesday with the Saudi Arabian visitors enjoying a 1-0 lead from the first leg.
