El Nasr was also reported to have signed a protocol of cooperation between the Raul Roa Garcia Higher Institute of International Relations and the Institute of Diplomatic Studies at the Egyptian Foreign Affairs Ministry, the Egyptian ministry announced.
The two nations’ representatives took the opportunity to hold talks about issues linked to the non-aligned movement, which is currently headed by Cuba. Egypt is scheduled to take over in 2009.
