A Huge Success for the Annual MSN Arabia Digital Advertising Symposium, "The Connection 07"

CAIRO: Attended by 250 guests, representing 40 agencies, and 67 companies, 20 nationalities from 11 countries, the annual MSN Arabia symposium, The Connection 07 , held in El Gouna last month, was an unprecedented success, as the biggest private advertising and marketing event in the history of the region.

The three-day program of the event was tailored to include presentations showcasing the latest in Digital Advertising technologies, through real life case studies from various sectors.

The topics covered during the sessions included: digital marketing solutions, where the future of advertising was discussed, and the effect of digital advertising on marketing and advertising trends; creativity was another topic covered, discussing the flexibility of digital media allowing more creativity to advertising; “How To Gain A Skeptical Consumer presentation filled with studies and numbers added knowledge to attendees on digital consumer trends; Windows Live launch was a rich session showing the effect of Web 2.0 on digital advertising and the strength of Web 2.0 as a platform for advertisers; followed by a session on what is new and coming soon on MSN Arabia.
