CAIRO: Egypt completed a superb comeback to beat Tunisia 3-2 in the final of the Volleyball African Nations Cup and snatch the title for the second consecutive year.
The Tunisians, who beat Egypt 3-0 in the group stage on Thursday, were one step away from victory after winning the first two sets.
However, Egypt managed to overcome their North African rivals for the second year in a row by winning three straight sets.
The victory means that Egypt will be the only team representing Africa in the Volleyball World Cup in Japan next November.
