CAIRO: Ahli s player Tarek Al-Saied decided to put an end to his career because of a knee injury that will keep him out for almost a year.
Dr Ehab Ali told me that I need a very long period, almost a year, before getting back in the game, he said in a TV show on Monday. So I decided to stop right now after spending many glorious years with Ahli and Zamalek, added the 30-year old winger.
Al-Saied s decision comes a few hours after the signing of Ismaili s left winger Sayed Moawad.
The Red Devils will have now an empty spot in their squad and they could add a new name in their African and local list.
The former Zamalek player joined Ahli in 2006 and helped them winning a number of trophies including a CAF Champions League title and the World Club Cup bronze medal
