CAIRO: Samuel Kyere has brushed aside rumors linking him with a move to Zamalek, after he signed a one-year extension to his contract with Arab Contractors.

Egyptian reports in recent days suggested that the Ghanaian is set to join the Whites, relying on a minimum fee release clause of LE 200,000.

However, Contractors coach Alaa Nabil has confirmed that the 24-year-old is tied with the Wolves until 2010.

We held a meeting with chairman Ibrahim Mehleb, and Kyere has decided to stay, he signed a contract until 2010, Nabil told FilGoal.com on Tuesday.

The player has no right to leave under the new deal.

Nabil also indicated that Kyere s yearly wage has been raised after penning a new deal with the mid-table Contractors.

Kyere joined Contractors this summer from struggling Ittihad of Alexandria, and he has been a regular figure in Nabil s selection.
