CAIRO: Ismaili player Hosni Abd Rabou said he is open to the loan offer made by Qatar s Al-Sadd, but his main target is to move to a European club.

Abd Rabou is yet to learn his fate in the course of the infamous dispute between Ismaili and French side Strasbourg over the right to own the player.

While the African Cup of Nations 2008 Player of the Tournament is eagerly anticipating the verdict of the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) on the case, he did not rule out Al-Sadd’s move.

I don’t mind playing in Qatar, but right now I have to wait for the CAS decision. After that, it would be reasonable to consider other offers, he told FilGoal.com.

My ambition is to play in Europe the next season. So I am not in a hurry at the moment.

The 25-year-old, who claims that he was forced to sign a contract with Egyptian champions Al Ahly, is hoping that CAS rule in favor of Ismaili, where he prefers to play.

The verdict should be announced by the end of the week.
