CAIRO: Ghazl Al-Mahalla will ask the Egyptian Football Association (EFA) to postpone Zamalek match scheduled for next Thursday until they could host their games back in Mahalla.

Ghazl Al-Mahalla are playing their games in Tanta now after last week’s demonstrations that took the city by storm.

We will ask the EFA to postpone the match because we are not used to playing in Tanta, Raafat Osman told FilGoal.com.

Ghazl Al-Mahalla were beaten 1-0 by Harras Al-Hodoud on Sunday in Tanta.

The game is not important and won t affect the competition at the top or the bottom, added Osman.
