It’s summer and it’s time to dig in to your favorite seafood. Instead of heading out to a restaurant for one filling meal, try your hand at gourmet food at home – in four simple steps.
Ingredients:Six salmon steaksHalf a cup of olive oil1 head of garlic, minced One grated onionOne stick of rosemaryHalf a cup of grape juiceSalt and PepperTwo lemonsButter
Preparation:1. Season the salmon with half a head of minced garlic, onion, salt and pepper and squeezed lemon. Leave for 10 minutes.2. In a bowl, mix the olive oil together with the rest of the minced garlic, the grape juice, and rosemary. Then add the salmon to the mix and keep in the fridge for a minimum of 45 minutes. 3. Preheat the frying pan. If you are using a grill, cover it with aluminum foil and preheat it. 4. Brush the fish with butter and put in the pan/grill. Cook each side for 5-8 minutes and it’s ready to be served.
