CAIRO: Crédit Agricole Egypt’s (CAE) network recently expanded to 52 branches with the opening of its first office in Sohag and the relocation of one of its four Sharm El-Sheikh locations, the bank said in a press statement.
The expansion is part of CAE’s effort to provide the most convenient access and advanced financial services to clients across Egypt, said the statement.
The newly opened branch at Sharm El-Sheikh is a relocation of CAE’s Naguib Center branch to a premiere location on Peace Road at the Sunshine Mall. CAE selected the new branch location at Naema Bay to increase its convenience, and provide more services to the prominent Sharm El-Sheikh district.
CAE’s Sohag opening on Corniche El-Nil is the bank’s first branch in the city. The prominent location is just steps from the Nile River and at the center of Sohag’s business district. “The opening is part of an effort to develop a growing presence in Upper Egypt and takes an ambitious step towards serving CAE’s expanding customer base in the region, said the statement.
