CAIRO: A police official says a mother and her three children died when their house collapsed in a Cairo low income neighborhood.
The police official says Zeinab Abdel Latif and her three children, including an infant, were still in bed when their house crumbled early in the morning.
He spoke on condition of anonymity because he is not authorized to speak to reporters.Rescue workers have managed to pull the bodies from the debris while police started investigation into the cause of the two story building s collapse in Manshiyet Nasser, a makeshift slum on the outskirts of the capital.
