CAIRO: After his decision not to join Zamalek, Amir Azmi sealed a move to Turkish Super Lig side OFTAS Spor.
OFTAS, who finished 11th in the league last season, announced the transfer on Wednesday, but the details of the deal will be unveiled later.
Azmi, whose father is a prominent figure on the Zamalek board, justified his decision for feeling under pressure since joining the club.
The 25-year-old stopper was particularly unhappy with claims that he was signed to back his father in the upcoming board elections.
Azmi will start his third European adventure, following spells with PAOK, Debreceni and Anorthosis.
