EL-MAHALLA EL-KOBRA: Ghazl Mahalla chairman Fouad Allam accused Zamalek of forcing full-back Mohamed Abdel Shafi to turn against the club.

The Whites are persistently chasing the highly-rated left-back, who is also eager to seal the move.

However, Mahalla are not willing to sell more players after they sacrificed top scorer Ahmed Hassan to Ahly last season.

I said before that we will not sell any player after Ahmed Hassan, and I can t understand why Zamalek are putting pressure on us, Allam told Modern Sport TV.

Abdel Shafi refuses to train with the team because he wants us to listen to the Zamalek offer. They (Zamalek) should not act like that.

Zamalek are in search for a left-back, following the release of long-serving defender Tarek Al-Sayed.
