CAIRO: Saudi club Al-Nassr are interested in signing Ahly attacking midfielder Hussein Yasser, Al-Watan newspaper reported.
Yasser, who joined Ahly from Sporting Braga in the summer, has publicly admitted his dissatisfaction with lack of playing opportunities with the Cairo giants.
Apparently, Al-Nassr want to take advantage of the current situation by luring the Qatari international to play in the Saudi league.
It s reported that the Saudi club are keen to include Yasser after the Asian Football Confederation s decision that an Asian player must be among any team s four foreigners playing in the continent s Champions League.
Al-Watan added that in case Yasser s deal doesn’t go through, Al-Nassr will be turning their attention towards Iraq striker Emad Younes.
