ISMAILIYA: Ismaili are not willing to sell Iraqi striker Mostafa Karim, amid speculation suggesting his exit this winter, the club board said.

The 21-year-old has reportedly impressed some Arab clubs with his performances in the ongoing Gulf Cup of Nations in Oman.

However, Ismaili board member Walid Al-Kilani denied that the club have received any offers so far for Karim, who is the current top scorer of the Dervishes.

No offers were made for Karim, and Ismaili do not wish to sell him anyway, Kilani told FilGoal.com on Monday.

Ismaili are set to lose striker Mohamed Fadl after the Egypt international announced his exit on a free transfer next summer.

The coastal club agreed terms with ex-frontman Mohamed Abou-Greisha, who finished a one-year loan spell at China s Zhejiang Lucheng.

Besides Karim, Brazilian coach Ricardo Ferreira has to choose two players from Noor Sabri, Dario Khan, John Jambo and Samuel Johnson in order to complete the three slots of foreign players this season.
