CAIRO: Egypt boss Hassan Shehata revealed that he s planning to name a squad for the forthcoming 2010 World Cup qualifier against Zambia.
The former Zamalek star has already recalled seven abroad-based players for the eagerly-anticipated game, which takes place on March 29.
I decided to name all the international players, even those who are not regularly featuring for their clubs, Shehata told the official website of the Egyptian Football Association (EFA).
I don t want to make any changes to the team in the meantime.
Premiership trio Amr Zaki, Mido and Mohamed Shawky, who has been kept on the fringes nearly for two months, have been recalled to the Pharaohs squad.
Essam Al-Hadari, Mohamed Zidan, Hosni Abd-Rabou and Emad Meteb completed the seven-man list.
The rest of the squad will be announced on Saturday March 21.
