CAIRO: Zamalek defender Mahmoud Fathallah is set to undergo three days of rehabilitation and physical therapy to overcome a groin strain, the White Knights official website reported.
The 27-year-old picked up the minor injury while training at Egypt s closed camp ahead of Sunday s 1-1 draw with Zambia in the 2010 World Cup qualifiers final phase.
Zamalek medical staff chief Mostafa Al-Monayeri will supervise the rehabilitation program, and the international player should get back in training in a short while.
Fathallah, who was excluded from the Pharaohs squad for the clash with the Chipolopolo, is widely expected to be available for Zamalek s game with Arab Contractors in the Egyptian Premier League on April 8.
