CAIRO: Alaa Kamal has confirmed his return to Arab Contractors from Zamalek after the latter failed to pay his full transfer fee to the Mountain Wolves.
I have returned to Contractors, but for financial reasons, Kamal told FilGoal.com.
Zamalek wanted to keep me, but the club couldn’t afford to pay the rest of the installments of my transfer.
Kamal joined Zamalek last summer, alongside midfielder Mahmoud Samir, for a total of LE 10 million.
The Cairo club has only paid LE 2.5 million of the deal, which suggests that the out-of-favor Samir is also on his way back to the Green Mountain.
