CAIRO: Zamalek will meet UEFA Cup champions Shakhtar Donetsk this month, as part of their pre-season campaign.
The Whites squad flied to Switzerland on Tuesday as they should play four friendly games in two cities.
According to their official site, Zamalek will play against France s Sochaux and Neuchatel Xamax of Switzerland, before facing Ukrainian giants Shakhtar.
Zamalek s Swiss coach Michel Decastel was the one who recommended his homeland for the team s preparations for the new season, which starts on Aug. 6.
