CAIRO: Algeria defender Antar Yahia has been declared fit to play against Egypt in the eagerly-anticipated World Cup qualifier on Saturday.
The Algerian Football Association announced on their official website that the Bochum player got back in training on Wednesday, and now is poised for his country s trip to Egypt.
After Yahia, Karim Ziani and Madjid Bougherra have all shaken off their respective injuries, Portsmouth midfielder Hassan Yebda is likely to be the only absentee in the Desert Foxes squad.
Yebda is now undergoing a recovery program, but his chances to reach full recovery on time seems to be negligible.
