Hassan missed the weekend s 1-1 draw at Ismaili with a thigh problem, but Ahly said that the Egypt captain is on his way to recover before Wednesday s match.
Angolan winger Gilberto is set to miss out with flu.
With Gilberto ruled out, Egypt full-back Sayed Moawad is set to retain his place on the left flank, despite missing Sunday s training due to fatigue.
Moawad, who has been in superb form for Ahly and Egypt in recent weeks, felt his hamstring after Saturday s clash with Ismaili.
