CAIRO: Zamalek will face Bundesliga giants Werder Bremen in a friendly game in the UAE on Jan. 8, general coordinator Ibrahim Hassan announced.
We will use the winter break to camp in the UAE starting from Jan. 6 to Jan. 21, the twin brother of Zamalek boss Hossam Hassan told FilGoal.com.
We should play against Werder Bremen on Jan. 8 and that’s was attracted us towards this camp. We ll also face two top-flight teams in the Emirates.
Zamalek s last tour outside Egypt was also in the UAE in October 2010, when they won two friendly games over Al-Ain and Bani-Yas.
The White Knights finished the first half of the season in fifth place in the Egyptian Premier League.
