CAIRO: Ghana midfielder Rahim Ayew vows to impress Zamalek manager Hossam Hassan to establish his place with the Cairo club.

The 22-year-old, who joined Zamalek in the summer, has hardly played for the White Knights since Hassan had been appointed in November.

As a professional, I must obey before complaining and that is exactly what I have decided to do and move on with my career, Ayew told Ghanasoccernet.com.

I have to fight to become a key member of the Zamalek team.

The coach knows what he is doing and I have to do all to impress him. He is a former footballer so I give him that respect.

He (Hossam Hassan) wants more from his players and I m prepared to do just that.

After helping Ghana win third place in the 2010 African Cup of Nations, Ayew has been recalled by Milovan Rajevac for this week s friendly with Bosnia.
