CAIRO: Egyptian real estate developer Palm Hills Developments (PHD) launched the Palm Hills Katameya Extension, a new residential real estate project in east Cairo and a new phase in Palm Parks, situated in west Cairo.
The launches were announced at the Next Move exhibition in Egypt.
Buyers will be able to purchase their homes over seven years, the company said in a statement.
Palm Hills Katameya Extension will span 66 feddans of land in New Cairo, while Palm Parks will cover 35 feddans.
“The success we witnessed in the sales figures of our east and west Cairo communities clearly indicates that there is still a growing need for quality communities in these areas,” said Sherif Seif El Nasr, senior vice president of sales and marketing at PHD.
