CAIRO: Emad Soliman will stay on as Ismaili coach for next season, the coastal club said on Tuesday.
Soliman, who was on the verge of leaving the club, has been given a vote of confidence after leading the Dervishes to third place this term.
The former Egypt international also guided Ismaili to the CAF Champions League group stage.
After finishing runners-up last term, Ismaili faced a tough 2009-2010 campaign, amid long-term injuries of many key players.
Soliman’s side will face second-division Aluminum in the Egyptian Cup round of 16.
