Executive Chef Essam Sayed and the culinary team of Hurghada Marriott Red Sea Resort won the Egyptian Chefs Association (ECA) Culinary trophy 2010, after winning the first place in the team’s competition at the recent National Salon Culinaire. The participating team consisted of Executive Chef Essam Sayed; Chef Mohamed Abdullah, 1st Commis; Chef Ahmed Said, 1st Commis and Pastry Chef Mohsen Amin.
