Fairmont Heliopolis and Towers hosted a lavish event at its Japanese restaurant Haiku, which is celebrating its first anniversary, with the presence of Ito Toshiro, chairman of the Japanese Business Association, including 40 members of the association as well as the Embassy of Japan. Following a cocktail reception, Japanese Chef Hideto Setomoto wowed guests with an authentic array of sushi, sashimi, Danbury and Yakitori.
