CAIRO: Zamalek could be without striker Amr Zaki when they open their Egyptian Premier League against Harras Hodoud on Thursday due to a pelvic problem.
Zamalek fitness coach Amr Matarawi revealed that Zaki, along with midfielder Hassan Mostafa, is struggling to be fit before the Alexandria trip.
"They have been both complaining recently. There will be fitness tests before we travel to Alexandria on Tuesday for the duo," Matarawi told FilGoal.com.
Zamalek are already without new striker Emad Mohamed, who has been ruled out for ten days with a groin injury.
Defender Hani Saied will also miss the Hodoud clash with a neck problem.
