South Valley declares cash dividend

South Valley Cement declared a cash dividend of LE 0.20 ($0.035) per share, the stock exchange said on Wednesday.

The dividend will be paid on Aug. 30 to investors holding shares on Aug. 25, the firm said in a note to the stock exchange.

South Valley approved a LE 15 billion capital increase in May to buy the owner of the Citystars mega-mall in Cairo, Golden Pyramids Plaza.

Golden Pyramids, which has investments in real estate and tourism projects, has a fair value of LE 15 billion.
