CAIRO: Ahly forward Geddo is desperate to find the goal that breaks his duck with the Egyptian champions.
Geddo has proven to be a goal machine with Egypt, boasting a superb record of seven goals in nine caps so far.
But the 26-year-old has yet to open his account with Ahly, following this summer’s move from Ittihad.
"I am satisfied with my performances with Ahly so far, but I need a goal to break my duck!" he told Ahly’s official site.
"I think if I scored my first goal I can give my best for the team. I hope it comes quickly."
Geddo played three games in Ahly’s colors so far, two of which were in the Champions League.
The Reds turn to domestic action on Friday as they take on Gaish in an attempt to win their first league game this term.
