The annual Euromoney Egypt Conference will take place September 28-29 in Cairo, and will serve as a platform for policy and strategy announcements under the title “Investing to Compete: Competing to Invest.”
The line-up of speakers from the Egyptian government, local and international investors will set the scene for the economic direction of Egypt over the next year.
As the bulk of media attention is focused on the political arena, the vital development of the business and investment environment continues. The conference will cover four main investment areas: renewable energy, SMEs, infrastructure and pension funds.
“As we enter a year of significance for the political future of Egypt, Euromoney is once again on hand to analyze and understand how the markets see the road ahead,” said Richard Banks, director of Euromoney Conferences Middle East. “Politics is important, but business and investment must continue. As the global economy carries on — so must Egypt.”
