Palm Hills Developments (PHD) has contracted Orascom Construction Industries (OCI) to work on infrastructure and other projects in a deal worth LE 600 million, the Egyptian real estate firm said in a statement.
OCI will start work on one project in the North Coast and two in the Greater Cairo area, the statement read, as well as 19 existing projects and nine new ones.
PHD Chairman Yasseen Mansour said that his company’s “construction policies has always been on-time delivery and attention to excellence, and OCI’s [is]…an ideal partner.”
