The New Urban Communities Authority’s five-year plan (2012–2017) has been formulated and will be presented to the authority’s board of directors next week, reported local press.
According to the plan, LE 57 billion is expected to be invested in new cities covering an area of 106,000 feddans, Al-Mal reported.
In other real estate news, a new lawsuit has been filed by the original claimant in the Madinaty land issue, annulling the new contract signed by Talaat Moustafa Group on Nov. 8, 2010, Al-Shorouk reported.
