Orascom Construction Industries, Egypt’s biggest listed builder, said on Monday it agreed to do LE 800 million ($141 million) worth of work for Dubai-based developer Emaar Properties.
The work will be for Emaar’s Egyptian unit on its Marassi project, on Egypt’s northern coast, and its residential Mivida project near Cairo, Orascom said in a statement. It expects to complete the works within 22 months, it added.
