An officer at the Defense Ministry’s Morale Affairs office has denied in a telephone call with Daily News Egypt rumors of the retirement of member of the Supreme Council of the Armed Forces Ismail Etman, who is also the head of the Morale Affairs Department at the ministry.
The news was circulated Monday on a private local television channel and on social media. It was later published on the online news portal of state-run daily Al-Ahram.
