Thousands of Ahly fans marched from the club in Zamalek to the High Court in Downtown Cairo on Wednesday. Carrying pictures of more than 70 who were killed in Port Said earlier this month, demonstrators headed to the office of the Prosecutor General to demand retribution and swift justice. On Feb. 1, thousands of Al-Masry fans charged on their Ahly counterparts following a football game. Parliament described the incident as a “massacre” and held the security forces responsible. The club’s fan group, Ultras Ahlawy, believe the number of victims to be much higher.
