Affirming its leadership in meeting customers’ needs, Vodafone Egypt, a top mobile operator, offers its post-paid customers a new billing experience that guarantees utmost customer satisfaction.
Vodafone Egypt reports that the new bill will contain detailed information of post-paid customers’ internet monthly usage, costs of local, international and roaming calls, monthly subscriptions and additional services. Moreover, the bill contains a specific section to inform customers with new products and services.
Furthermore, the exquisitely designed bill includes other useful information such as new tariffs, usage and internet fees, new retail outlets available, and different payment methods.
Post-paid customers’ bills will be available in print as well as e-bill version. E-bills are user-friendly, and have the advantage of security information and immediate issuance.
“The new user friendly bill is rich in details and attractive in design providing post paid customers with a unique experience different from any other in the market,” said Ahmed Khedr, Head of Credit Management at Vodafone Egypt.
According to Vodafone Egypt’s press release, Khedr reports that the new bill was issued after carrying out market research via holding several polls and workshops to gather information about customers’ opinion on the current bill, in addition to making comparisons to bills by telecom companies and other companies from across industries worldwide, affirming Vodafone Egypt’s attentiveness to provide its customer with best service in the Egyptian market.
Vodafone Egypt is largest mobile operator in Egypt in terms of active subscribers, according to the National Telecommunication Regulatory Authority (NTRA) quarterly report issued in April 2012. Latest figures show that Vodafone subscribers reached 37 million subscribers by the end of the second quarter 2012, with additional 500 thousand new subscribers. Vodafone internet subscribers reached 5 million subscribers during second quarter 2012, compared to 4 million internet subscribers during the same period last year.
