Egypt’s stock market administration announced that Thursday 8 August would be an official holiday for employees, in honour of Eid Al-Fitr. The break is set to last four days until 11 August, with stock market sources, in statements made to state-run MENA last Thursday, saying that work will resume on Monday 12 August.
