According to the Ministry of Health, yesterday’s clashes death toll has reached 467 while 3572 were listed injured.

Spokesperson for the Ministry of Health Mahmoud Fathalla provided the figures in a televised  phonecall, revising the previous announcement of 327 dead and 2926 injured.

The primary cause of death was gunshots and asphyxiation, Fathalla said.

Of the injured, 426 were later discharged from hospital.

The total included clashes from across the country yesterday, with Cairo and Giza suffering the highest number of casualties.
