Al-Zamalek SC reached the semifinal of the Egyptian cup after beating El-Intag El-Harby 3-0 at El-Gouna stadium Sunday, in their campaign to win their 21st Egyptian Cup.
The game was an easy one for Zamalek, as the knights consistently dominated Intag Al-Harby. Striker Ahmad Gaafar opened up the scoring on the 74th minute and midfielder Ahmad Ali finished off with a brace in the 82nd and 84th minute. No real dangerous attempts were made on Zamalek goal keeper Abdel Wahed Al Sayed.
Al-Ismaily also beat Al-Nasr 1-0 on Monday to reach the semifinals, where they will clash with Cairo based Wadi-Degla.
The semi-final games are set for 3November while the final will be played on 9 November.
