“Beware the ides of March,” Shakespeare told us in Julius Caesar. While the murder of an Ancient Roman political figure is not on our radar, weather is a fickle matter these days. If the thunderstorms and heavy rain do not irk you, the coming days hold other surprises – mainly sand. Sandy wind makes for murderous roads and annoying promenades. So while the traitorous Cassius and Brutus remain safely in history, safety is still miles away. Beware: a murky weekend is ahead.
