ADIB-Egypt, the leading Islamic Bank in Egypt, will participate as a Platinum Sponsor in Economic Summit that will be held under the auspices of President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi in Sharm El-Sheikh from 13-15 March. A high-ranking delegation comprised of the world leaders, and high-profile delegations representing local, regional and international companies and prominent government officials, will attend the conference to learn about available investment opportunities and draw together a new roadmap to stimulate local economy to realise overall prosperity for the Egyptian community at large.
ADIB-Egypt’s sponsorship reflects its support and commitment to the Egyptian economy and the government’s efforts to promote Egypt as an attractive destination for investments. The Bank’s delegation is headed by Nevine Loutfy, Managing Director and CEO of ADIB-Egypt and Zeinab Hashem, Managing Director and CEO of ADIB Capital-Egypt, in addition to the top management in an effort to demonstrate the Bank’s support to the success of the Economic Summit.

ADIB Capital will promote several key projects the government has previously announced including a power plant to be established according to Engineering, Procurement, Construction (EPC) structure, in addition to three projects: a wind farm for power generation in Port Ghalib, Marsa Allam, a rehabilitation centre and
an oil refinery plant.
The contribution of ADIB Egypt and ADIB Capital-Egypt in the conference also includes some PPP projects in cooperation with Ministry of Transportation. “I encourage foreign and local investors to support the efforts of the Egyptian government to develop the national economy by taking part in the projects the conference promotes in the fields of agriculture, power, mining, housing, utilities, tourism, trade, transportation and ICT sectors.
