The Egyptian Banking Institute (EBI) has been reaccredited by the Accrediting Council for Continuing Education and Training (ACCET), according EBI’s Executive Director Mona El-Baradei.
El-Baradei, talking during the launch of the institution’s 7th Annual Conference on Monday, said the reaccreditation will extend for five more years. This follows the initial accreditation the EBI received from the Washington-based ACCET, which extended from 2009 to 2014.
ACCET Executive Director William V. Larkin noted during his speech that the reaccreditation proves a “special accomplishment” for the institution.
Larkin added that the EBI is achieving what it aspires to attain, highlighting that only 20% of the organisations, which the ACCET deals with, can receive the five-year accreditation.
“EBI has received remarkable marks in our evaluation,” said Larkin, stressing that EBI is a valued partner, with whom they are looking forward to further cooperation.
