Real estate company Misr Italia announced its plan to expand its projects, launching a new project in Ain Sokhna. This runs alongside the Italian Square project in New Cairo and Shorouk, and developing 2.5m sqm in Mousa Coast.
“As part of Misr Italia’s efforts to stimulate the real estate sector, the group presents a new understanding of the income properties concept through its commercial projects,” Board Member of Misr Italia Mohamed Hany El-Assal said. “At Italian Square, Misr Italia offers to manage and rent units on behalf of its clients, guaranteeing profits with high annual returns encouraging investors to channel capital into the real estate sector.”
Aside from the previously mentioned project, the company also has the “La Nouva Vista” in new Cairo and “El-Hay El-Italy” (the Italian district) in 6th of October City.
