Dream Park hosted the third round of the Egyptian Drifting Championship, with the race held Friday night, in a festive Ramadan atmosphere. The race was resolved by Maged Abo Sleem, Tanda team drifter.

“Egyptian Drifting” is the first Egyptian championship in drifting in the country.  It consists of six rounds, and the best four rounds of every drifter are calculated at the end of the championship. The first round was held on 24 October 2014, with 45 participants, most of whom are Egypt’s champions in drifting competitions on the local, as well as the international, level. Kareem Shlash reaped first place, followed by Hisham El-Khatib in second place, while Haitham Samir came in third place.

The second round was in May 2015 after being cancelled for security reasons in February 2015. The race saw a great number of professional drifters in Egypt and the Arab world. The first three places were for Hisham El-Khatib, Haitham Samir, and Adel Sikha, while first round champion Kareem Shlash fell back to 18th place.

As for round three, Maged Abo Sleem defeated Mohamed Khaled Zordaq, who came in second place, while third place went to Rami Serry.
