Delivery begins for Shorouk Springs project with investment at EGP 1.7bn

Nasr General Contracting (Hassan M. Allam) has started delivering the Shorouk Springs project in Shorouk City with a cost of EGP 1.7bn, according to Chairman Abdallah Khairy.

Khairy said that Shorouk Springs was built in two phases, and includes residential units, townhouses and independent villas in a variety of sizes.

The size of residential units ranges from 173 to 223 cubic metres, and villa sizes vary from 477 to 586 cubic metres.

Khairy added that the project also includes a sports and leisure area, clubhouse, health services and commercial malls.  The customers will receive their units during the current period, with payment periods of up to seven years.

Khairy said that the company intends to expand its projects in real estate investment during the upcoming period to double profitability and exploitation of its land.

The National Company for Construction and Development is a state-owned holding company, and the sole stockholder of Nasr Company.

Nasr General Contracting was founded in 1936. Over the past years the company has built vital projects in different Arab countries, such as Libya, Kuwait, Iraq , the UAE and Sudan.
