Internet provider TE Data will start applying its new ADSL internet prices by Wednesday.
According to an official letter sent by the company to its distributors, the 1MB speed will now cost EGP 50, giving 10GB as a download limit, while subscribers who want to expand their download amount up to 100 GB will pay EGP 95.
As for the 2 MB speed, it will cost EGP 140, with a download cap of 150 GB. The speed of 4 MB will cost EGP 220, with 250 GB download, while the 8 MB speed will amount to EGP 350 in cost, with a download capability of 300GB.
Meanwhile, none of the other internet companies, including Link.Net, Vodafone, Etisalat, and NOOR, have offered the new internet prices.
Minister of Communications Khaled Negm had announced the new prices for the internet service before the Eid Al-Fitr break.
